APPOINTMENT
Try-ons are available by appointment only. If you want to try on specific designs, contact us to enquire about its availability.
 Simply send an email to athelabel.au@gmail.com to book an appointment for try-ons and/or custom making.
 
SHIPPING
We ship worldwide! International shipping takes roughly 10-20 business days in transit. 
All parcels are sent via Australia Post, a trackable postage service. Once the parcel has been dispatched the tracking number will be emailed to you.
    
Standard Shipping within Australia (2-5 business days) $11.
Express Shipping within Australia (1-3 business days) $22
   
TRACKING YOUR ORDER:
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a link to the courier website. Here, you’ll be able to track your delivery whilst it is in transit and out for delivery.
   
PAYMENT OPTIONS
A The Label accepts; Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Gift Vouchers, Store Credits & Afterpay. 
Please note Afterpay is a third party payment method with their own T&C’s.
   
CURRENCY
All pricing is shown in AUD. To change the currency please click the currency dropdown tab which is located at the top right of our site. All charges are inclusive of GST.
   
GARMENT LOST OR DAMAGED BEYOND REPAIR:
If your garment gets lost, stolen or damaged beyond repair, you will be liable to pay for the retail price of the item as listed on our website.
We know that this is a rare and unfortunate event, and rest assured, we’ll work out the best solution for you.
    
I JUST PLACED MY ORDER, CAN I CHANGE IT?
A: We prepare your order for shipment very shortly after your order is placed. This quick turnaround time does not allow for any changes to your order.
     
WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL MY HIRE DRESS?
 50% of the hiring fee (deposit) is non-refundable. If you decide to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible. To avoid paying the remaining 50% of your hiring fee, you must provide us with 48 hours prior to the in-store pick up date or on-line shipment date.
    
CAN I GET A REFUND?
A The Label has a strict ‘NO refund policy’ unless the garment is deemed faulty.
A The Label accepts exchanges if the incorrect size has been chosen or the garment is deemed faulty.
In the case of a return, replacement or exchange requested by the customer, the issue must be notified to the A The Label team within 7 business days upon receiving the order. Once the garment has been returned to our store, it will undergo review. If approved, the A The Label team will provide you with instructions of return/exchange.
