HIRE T&C'S

All orders processed online or at the A The Label store constitutes as an agreement to the below policies, terms & conditions. 

A The Label reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time at its sole discretion.

PLEASE NOTE: HIRING ONLY AVAILABLE FOR PERTH RESIDENTS 

APPOINTMENT

Try-ons are available by appointment only. If you want to try on specific designs, contact us to enquire about its availability.

BOOKINGS

Bookings cannot be cancelled in exchange for a refund.

A The Label reserves the right to reject a booking for any reason, at any time.

DEPOSITS

In-store: A 50% deposit must be placed upon booking. The remaining 50% and bond is due upon pick up.   

Deposits are non-refundable.

CLEANING

Professional cleaning is included in your hire and you agree that no attempts will be made to clean, alter, iron/press garment/s (unless otherwise arranged).

ALTERATIONS

Garments may not be altered outside of AM-PM Tailor & Dressmaker to fit, and must be returned in their original condition. If a garment is returned altered or damaged, fees will be charged.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ORDERS

All A The Label garments are produced in Australia and through a quality control procedure to ensure no faults in the making of a garment. In the case a fault passes through please contact the A The Label team to rectify immediately.

The hiree must not attempt to resolve any damages unless approved by the A The Labels team.

CANCELLATION POLICY

After an order has been processed through the A The Label system, we are unable to modify the original order. If a change or cancellation is required please contact A The Label to approve and resolve immediately.

A The Label reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order at any given time.

Please note the following:

Deposits are non-refundable.

A credit note will be offered if a cancellation is approved. This credit can be applied to any future hires placed within 12 months of the cancellation date.

If you cancel seven (7) or fewer days in advance of the delivery date, there will be a cancellation fee of $10.

REFUNDS

No refunds will be given if you decide not to wear the item during the rental period.

Once the 50% deposit has been made, no refunds are given.

LATE & NO RETURNS

If the hiree becomes unable to return the hire garment on the agreed return date, immediate contact to the A The Label team is required.

A late fee of $30 will be charged each day until the garment has been returned. If hire garments that are not returned within 7 days will be deemed as theft and legal action will be taken.

DAMAGED GARMENTS AND FEES INCURRED

If the hire garment is damaged by the hiree, no attempt to repair the garment is to be actioned. The A The Label team must be contacted immediately.

The following conditions/fees apply to damaged garments:

  • If the garment needs to be dry-cleaned twice, a fee will be charged.
  • If the garment needs a minor repair (e.g. zip or strap replacement or the hem taken up as a result of damage) a fee between $30-$60 will be charged.
  • If the garment is damaged beyond repair the hiree will be charged 50% of the RRP price.

 

All fees for repairs or replacements is an additional expense to the hire fee.
All charges will be discussed with the hiree prior to processing.
